Using the services of an International Education Agent.

For International Students, the process of leaving one's homeland to travel to another country, to attend a strange school where the language spoken is not your mother tongue can be a bit overwhelming to say the least. The customs will be different than what is currently familiar to you, The prospect of approaching a foreign embassy or consulate and applying for a student visa to gain entry into a foreign country can sometimes appear complicated and difficult.

The sole purpose of the Admissions Office is to guide students through the entire process from the original decision to get an education abroad to the day when you first walk into the college. Once you are here Student Services will help you with your needs, but initially, you will want to approach the Admissions Office.

Please read this     PDF (144 Kb)     carefully. It will explain a great deal of the acceptance and enrollment process. It also contains a sample of the Enrollment Contract you will be expected to sign with the college as well as our Official Refund policy and our Official Suspension and Expulsion policy. You will also find links to the Statement of Student Rights and Responsibilities as outlined by the Ontario Ministry of Trades, Colleges and Universities. Once you have thoroughly read the 10 Steps PDF contact the Admissions Office with any further questions you may have. If English is not your first language please know that there are many different languages spoken by our staff and faculty and we shall do our very best to find someone who can communicate you in your own language.

If you wish to engage the services of an agent or an advocate to assist you with the process; Concordia College of Canada for health, business and technology has dealt with a great number of agents throughout the world. We currently have a network of well experienced agents who have been approved and are registered with and have signed a contract with the college. When you contact the Admissions Office we shall be pleased to give you the contact information for any approved agents in your area, you just have to ask.

International Agents Welcome!

It is our goal to establish and build lasting international relationships for the purpose of fully informing and ultimately attracting students to our campus. We would be pleased to build partnerships with Agencies and Institutions for the purpose of providing education, training and consulting services as required.

We would like to invite you to consider being part of the exciting world of Concordia College. This partnership will present you with the opportunity to recruit students for us throughout the world. We limit the number of representatives we work with, selecting only an elite group to represent us. If your agency, company or institution is;

- A leader - recruiting students from your country to study abroad,

- is generally knowledgeable about studying in Canada and the accompanying Immigration and Documentation process required to help students,

- prepared to meet with our representatives as they travel abroad then we would like to hear from you!

We invite you contact us and request our "Agent Application". This application is required of all agency candidates. Once we have reviewed your application and you have been approved, a contract will be sent to you for your approval and signature. Please come back to our website frequently for updates and information about the college and the programs and services which we offer.

We shall look forward to working with you!
