This program is the perfect blend of skills from art to script. The focus of this program is creating marketing solutions through the balance of visual stimulation and task-oriented interaction. The Concordia College Design Department is pleased to offer practical and cutting-edge education for tomorrow’s global communication.

High school graduate or equivalent OR mature student status (19 years of age and one year out of high school) OR passing of entrance test and counselor interview. Students should have an interest in marketing and design.

The objective of this program is to enable students to effectively design web sites that are equally attractive and functional. After being taught graphic and layout computer skills, students will apply those skills in "real world" design projects. This program prepares the student to step quickly into the web design profession.

Graduates of this program will be able to proficiently utilize web site design software applications to meet the marketing needs of business. Successful graduates will be ideally suited for careers in web design studios, in-house large company web design departments, and entrepreneur design enterprises.

Students will be able to work as Web Designers and Graphic Artists. As this course is graphic oriented, students may find employment as desktop publishers.
