Graduates of this program will be able to Plan, Design, Build and Test, Publish and Maintain Web Presence. The program combines Instructor-led theory and demonstrations with practical lab work. Students will develop the necessary competencies to build effective server side utilities, using the programming fundamentals of languages such as Java, C+ and perl. They will learn how to intigrate databases They will learn how to set up and operate servers and server systems on a variety of platforms.
Graduates may qualify to work in the fields of Systems Programming/Testing/Managing, Web Programming, Network, Server and Web Programming. They will work to develop a core of Project Management skills

The full-time "Software Development and Web Design" program is designed to provide students with a strong foundation in the fundamentals of web based programming. The program is taught by teachers who will be there to guide the student through each step in the program. Teachers who not only have the academic qualifications but who also have years of experience in the "real world" applying the skills and techniques which they will demonstrate in the classroom.
